Sweetwater's Founder's Day
April 12th 12PM to 6PM
The City of Sweetwater invites you to attend Founder's Day on Saturday April 12th from 12PM to 6PM in Historic Downtown Sweetwater! This event will consist of live music at the gazebo from 12 PM to 2 PM featuring Mark McHenry and from 4 PM to 6 PM featuring Monroe Troubadours; Mural Dedication & State Resolution Presentation at 11:30 AM on Miller Street; a fashions through the decades fashion show by The Lily Pad Boutique at 2 PM at the Depot Visitors Center; Historic Walking Tours, guided by locals in period costumes from 12 PM - 2 PM and 4 PM to 6 PM; our downtown businesses will be open until 6 PM as well and we will have a handful of vendors. Please note, historic walking tours are free but you must reserve a time spot. Join us as we continue to celebrate 150 years of Sweetwater!
