Fun, Food, Fireworks...and More!
Each year, the City of Sweetwater hosts their Independence Day Celebration, held on July 4th. The event takes place on and around Sweetwater Main Street and includes live music, vendors, kids zone, parade, dancing in the streets, and of course fireworks at dark. Admission is free and it's a great event that is fun for the whole family!
Small Town, Big Fun!
This year's festival was a huge success! From shopping and cooling down in some of our downtown shops/eateries, eating yummy festival food, to water gun fights vs the Sweetwater Fire Department during the parade, listening to the sounds of Double Barrel Band and enjoying time with family and friends--event attendees had smiles on their faces and memories were made to last a lifetime. Thanks to all who made this year's festival a success!
